Trading dont show mycoins

I signed up the trading service yesterday. Started mining and pool sent 25 c0ban at 3 transaction. I see my deposits in the trading site. But my trading balance is 0 although several hours.

There is no problem on c0ban chain. All of my oins are confirmed. I think the problem is https://c0bantrade.jp

They dont let me use my coins. i cannot sell and i cannot send to different wallet. All of my coins are locked in their system. Check the image, please. They dont answer the emails.

c0ban is a good project but the japanesse exchange sucks.

To trade in Japan you have to go through KYC.
If you are not a resident, I think that judging will not pass.
Does not c0ban sent also come back?

We think it is a problem of the exchange.
